Tucson 2014 – The Westward Look and Fossil Co-op shows

Eventually after running around 8-10 hours a day buying for the store, we need a break. So what to crystal folk do on their off time? Why attend a few gem shows of course! Our first stop was the Westward Look show, which is a small show comprised of the most high-end dealers Tucson has to offer. A prize is awarded amongst them for the mineral that is voted Best in Show, so you know there are some real goodies up for that honor:

After spending a good few hours admiring what can really only be described as TOTAL eye candy, we headed over to the Fossil Co-op show to see what they had there. Turns out they have giant quartz crystals:
